Ad ChalkTM Contract
_____________________, referred to as Owner, and Billiard Rep agree:
Billiard Rep shall supply blue Master Chalk FREE (Up to 1 gross or 144 Pieces) to owner each month.
Quantity depends on the number of Pool Tables in the owner’s Pool Room. The chalk will have non-
competitive ads acquired by Billiard Rep and applied to the chalk labels, hereafter referred to as Ad ChalkTM.
Billiard Rep shall be paid $0 (0 Dollars) by the Owner for the chalk. Owner will exclusively use Ad ChalkTM
on all their pool tables; remove any other chalk left behind by players and replace with Ad ChalkTM. Old Ad
ChalkTM must be removed monthly and replaced with the new Ad ChalkTM supplied by Billiard Rep.
The Owner acknowledges that the goods to be supplied are contractual sold ads and therefore agrees to a
minimum six month contract which automatically renews at the end of the term. Owner may terminate this
contract with a 60 day written notice after four months.
Owner agrees to place an 8” x 10” Ad ChalkTM advertisement (Supplied by Billiard Rep) near the ball check
out area to encourage ads. Owner acknowledges that the Billiard Rep may need 30 -60 days to obtain ads
and supply the first quantity of Ad ChalkTM. The contract term begins the first month chalk is supplied.
Owner has __________ Pool Tables in this location and qualifies to receive __________ pieces of Ad
ChalkTM monthly through the term of this contract.

There will be a one time Set Up charge of $25 – Layout approval must be signed and returned before the ad
will run. The background color / design will change monthly on Ad ChalkTM keeping a fresh look.
